Description |
| Wakizashi by the famous
Yokoyama Sukenaga. Jo saku rated, Sukenaga was a very famous
smith from the well reputed Shinshinto Yokoyama School. Done
in their traditional Bizen style, this is a very nice wakizashi with
a nice choji midare hamon made up of nioi. There are lots of
ashi within the hamon and can be described as very hanayaka.
A fine ko-itame jigane shows very nicely. There are 2 small
flaws, but nothing detracting and as it is in a good polish, there
are no risk factors for restoration. Tang is original and in
mint condition, 1 hole. |
